• Acceptance Terms and Conditions

By paying, the client indicates that he/she is familiar with the Terms and Conditions.

• Missed sessions/classes

If the client misses the prescheduled session or an online class (outside the given timeframe), there will be no refunds from tuition fees for missed session or online class ( outside the given timeframe).

• Classes canceled by Maxoutcomes

In case of cancellation of the lessons without an offer of replacement, lessons by another teacher, the tuition fee for the period of cancellation will be refunded.

• Restitution

There is no refund of the tuition. In exceptional In some cases, a refund of part of the tuition fee is possible. This is in consultation with the owner of Maxoutcomes, Madina Doup

• Условия принятия

Оплачивая, клиент подтверждает, что ознакомлен (а) с Условиями договора.

• Пропущенные уроки

Если клиент пропустит заранее запланированное занятие или онлайн-занятие (за пределами указанного периода времени), плата за обучение за пропущенный сеанс или онлайн-занятие (за пределами указанного периода времени) не будет возмещена.

• Занятия отменены ©Maxoutcomes

В случае отмены занятий без предложения замены, занятий другим преподавателем, стоимость обучения за период отмены будет возвращена.

• Возврат платежа

Возврат платежа обучения не предусмотрен. В исключительных случаях возможен возврат части стоимости обучения. Это должно быть согласовано с владельцем ©Maxoutcomes Мадиной Доуп.
